Teamlead / Head of International Sales Renewables (m/f/d)

- You will lead, motivate, assess, and develop a team of two business development managers (m/f/d) and one sales account manager (m/f/d)
- You will supervise and support new growth partnerships to increase revenue and enhance brand positioning
- You will prepare for and participate in industry fairs related to e-mobility, PV, storage, and new energy models across global management markets (Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland)
- You will work on hardware products (sB 10, sB 10 performance, FlexStack)
- You will proactively manage escalated issues including after sales, technical support, marketing, customers, or processes
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to coordinate the execution of new product launches (hardware and software), market entries, and services
- You will prepare relevant documents for internal communication and reporting
- You will collaborate with the marketing manager (m/f/d) on promotional campaigns, lead quality follow-ups, and activities supporting product launches to boost brand awareness and lead generation
- You will contribute to refining the go-to-market strategy by collaborating with market intelligence, assessing market feasibility, and prospecting for new partners
- You hold an academic degree
- You have several years of professional experience in sales and business development
- Ideally you have technical expertise in storage, PV or any relevant hardware
- You speak English fluently, additional languages are an asset
- A background in the energy industry is a plus
- You command a profound understanding of sales and entrepreneurial thinking
- You are willing to travel to visit partners in Europe
