Teamlead / Head of International Sales Renewables (m/f/d)

  • You will lead, motivate, assess, and develop a team of two business development managers (m/f/d) and one sales account manager (m/f/d)
  • You will super­vise and support new growth partner­ships to increase revenue and enhance brand positioning
  • You will prepare for and parti­cipate in industry fairs related to e-mobility, PV, storage, and new energy models across global management markets (Sweden, Denmark, Nether­lands, Belgium, Poland)
  • You will work on hardware products (sB 10, sB 10 performance, Flex­Stack)
  • You will proactively manage esca­lated issues including after sales, technical support, marketing, custo­mers, or pro­cesses
  • You will build and maintain strong relation­ships with internal stake­holders to coordinate the execution of new product launches (hard­ware and soft­ware), market entries, and services
  • You will prepare relevant docu­ments for internal communi­cation and repor­ting
  • You will collaborate with the marke­ting manager (m/f/d) on promo­tional campaigns, lead quality follow-ups, and activities supporting product launches to boost brand aware­ness and lead gene­ration
  • You will contribute to refining the go-to-market strategy by collaborating with market intelli­gence, assessing market feasibi­lity, and pros­pecting for new part­ners

  • You hold an academic degree
  • You have several years of professional experience in sales and business development
  • Ideally you have technical expertise in storage, PV or any relevant hardware
  • You speak English fluently, additional languages are an asset
  • A background in the energy industry is a plus
  • You command a profound understanding of sales and entrepreneurial thin­king
  • You are willing to travel to visit partners in Europe
