CureVac Corporate Services GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of CureVac SE, combines the central functions of the CureVac business group. CureVac is a global biopharmaceutical company in the field of mRNA technology, with more than 20 years of expertise in researching, developing and optimizing the versatile biological molecule for medical purposes. Our focus is on prophylactic vaccines, innovative cancer immunotherapies, and protein-based therapies. To strengthen our teams in the entities CureVac Corporate Services GmbH in Tübingen, Wiesbaden or Amsterdam we are currently looking to recruit a
Senior IT Project Manager (f/m/d)
- Lead complex cross-departmental IT projects to drive CureVac's digital transformation agenda
- Manage all aspects of project execution to ensure timely completion, adherence to the defined scope, and strict control over the budget
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals
- Inspire and guide project team members to achieve their best
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks
- Implement project communication plans and conduct regular risk assessments to identify and address potential issues
- Ensure that the project's outcomes are aligned with business objectives and take proactive steps to ensure their successful realization, driving measurable results
- Manage third-party vendors to achieve project goals
- University degree in a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in IT project management, including large-scale projects with strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Ideally experience of working in a regulated environment (e.g., Pharma, banking, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiating skills, proactive and hands-on mentality
- Flexible mindset, the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues of all levels, accountability and adept in discovering innovative approaches to problem-solving
- Fluency in English, German skills are a plus
