  • Energy management system Implemen­tation and development: Establish and enhance energy management systems (e.g. ISO 50001) to im­prove energy efficiency and ensure regu­latory compliance
  • Consulting on energy efficiency and sustainability: Advise departments on best practices for energy conser­vation and renewable energy inte­gration to pro­mote sustainable opera­tions
  • Development of global energy guidelines: Contribute to the develop­ment of glo­bal stan­dards and guidelines that promote energy effi­ciency and sustaina­bility across all facilities
  • Project management of energy-focused initiatives: Lead cross-functional pro­jects to imple­ment energy-saving measures, coordi­nating teams to meet organi­zational goals
  • Conducting energy audits: Regularly audit energy use and prac­tices to assess com­pliance with both internal and external energy stan­dards
  • Energy reporting and KPI monitoring: Collect, analyze, and report on key energy perfor­mance indicators (KPIs) to track and communi­cate progress toward sustaina­bility goals

  • Degree in environmental science, energy, building services, or a related field ideally with a focus on energy manage­ment, emi­ssions reduc­tion or sustainability, along with a relevant background in energy auditing, consulting or regu­latory compliance
  • Practical experience or project involvement in the energy sector preferred – such as roles in elec­trical work, renewable energy or facility manage­ment. This expertise will greatly enhance your ability to effectively support and imple­ment our energy initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of energy standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g. ISO 50001) as well as know-how in energy reporting tools
  • Proven project management skills with the capacity to prioritize, meet deadlines, and lead cross-functional pro­jects in colla­borative environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities with the talent to engage stake­holders at all levels, parti­cularly regarding energy efficiency and environmental compliance
  • Familiarity with international environments advantageous, along with cultural aware­ness for implemen­ting global energy standards effectively
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and ideally German
