For our department Technologies and Partnerships being part of Sustainability Office , we are looking for a Project Director CCUS ANRAV (f/m/d) .
The position can be based either in Germany (Heidelberg) or Bulgaria (Varna) but should be committed to visit Bulgaria on a regular basis. You will report solid to the Position Global CCUS Director (department Technologies & Partnerships), or - if preferred - to the General Manager Bulgaria/Greece/Albania and dotted to the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) Heidelberg Materials AG.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
Full ownership of all project aspects and results from its existing position to full commissioning
Define the project's key objectives and be the central point of reception for all necessary inputs from the project organization
Monitor and coordinate all key project activities to avoid variances to the project schedule, budget or expected project deliverables
Build and retain a strong liaison with external and internal stakeholders
Communicate effectively to the Project Steering Committee
Lead a team of project managers in charge of sub projects (e.g., technical, non-technical, transport & storage)
YOUR PROFILE
Proven strong project management skills in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Academic background of Business / Economics (e.g., MBA, Business Engineering, Economics, etc.)
Minimum 8-10 years working experience
A pragmatic, common-sense and down to earth 'roll up your sleeves' style
Strong change management skills, results-oriented and flexible to adapt to changing circumstances
Excellent communication and visionary leadership skills
EU citizen, fluent in English language
A background in CCUS is not required but can be a plus
