At ParTec AG, we design, build, and support purpose-built heterogeneous supercomputer solutions for science using our modular supercomputing architecture approach.
As a hardware-agnostic system provider, we work closely with leading technology vendors in the field. For building some of the largest and most complex supercomputers in Europe, we integrate a broad range of products and compute technologies of different origin and maturity level into total system solutions using our ParaStation Modulo software suite.
We are looking for a skilled Corporate Communications Manager who can effectively communicate complex technical information in High performance computing, quantum computing as well as Artificial Intelligence to our target audience. In this role, you will enhance the perception of ParTec AG as a leading provider of HPC and QC solutions as well as AI solutions through well thought communication concepts and content. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling corporate, Investor Relations and technical content. Your ability to translate technical jargon into clear, concise, and engaging language will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing our brand image.
- Disciplinary management of the division
- Positioning the corporate, scientific and technological topics of ParTec and the ParTec Executive Board in creative and sophisticated communication formats internally and externally
- Establishment and expansion of topic-orientated external and internal communication, intensification of the further development of multimedia formats and expansion of cross-media pool editing and the newsroom concept
- Implementation of integrated operational communication planning, including responsibility for integrated cross-media communication campaigns and communication for trade fairs and events
- Responsibility for central media relations for ParTec, including interviews and maintaining contacts with the media
- Responsibility for crisis communication, issue management, KPI and media monitoring
- Bridge to Investor Relations with capability of managing ad-hoc communication and corporate news
- Management of external service providers and partners
- Budget responsibility, resource planning and personnel management for the department, including helping to organise the training and qualification of the team
Required skills & experience
- Masters's degree Communications Science or related field
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) working in a leading position in Corporate Communications, experience in a deep-tech field is a plus
- Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language
- Proficiency in using tools such as Mynewsdesk, Wordpress, MS 365
- Experience working with design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Fluent written & spoken German and English is mandatory
