  • Lead and manage change initiatives related to the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in different regions, focusing on achieving organizational goals and minimizing disruption.
  • Collaborate with Global Change Management Lead and regional teams to integrate change management into project plans.
  • Coordinate with other change managers to align strategies, share knowledge, and implement best practices.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training materials about SAP SuccessFactors to prepare employees for changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage risks, resolve issues related to change initiatives, and maintain good relationships with external vendors.

  • Degree in business administration, psychology, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in global change management projects, preferably in IT/software implementation.
  • Proven experience leading change initiatives in a regional or global context.
  • Experience in an international environment, effectively managing cultural differences.
  • Strong social and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, navigating complex matrix organizations, and managing stakeholders.
  • Certified in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) and willingness to travel national/internationally (15-20%)
  • Fluent in English; German or Mandarin is a plus.
