For our office in Berlin Mitte we are looking for a
IT Governance & Compliance Analyst (m/f/d)
- IT Supplier Onboarding and Assurance: assess new and existing IT suppliers to ensure they meet the organization's IT governance, risk, and compliance standards.
- IT governance framework: design and implement IT standards and processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of technology-related risks through effective risk management strategies and controls.
- IT Audits: coordinate and contribute in regular audits and assessments within the IT department to monitor compliance with IT policies, processes, and regulatory requirements, including the Implementation of audit actions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on IT compliance status to IT management
- Project Management: participate in IT governance and compliance projects as a Subject Matter Expert
- Educated to bachelor degree level or equivalent, in IT, Management, Business Informatics or relevant fields
- Proven knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards (e.g. BAIT, MaRisk, DORA, GDPR)
- Very good understanding of IT management, IT audit and risk management principles
- Relevant certifications, such as CISA, CISM, CGEIT or ITIL, are a big plus
- Relevant work experience in IT, audit, compliance. Experience in the financial sector is a big plus
- MS office experience, Jira/ Confluence skills are a plus
- Very good English skills, German is a plus
