Noveria Energie is the European development platform of Bluestar Energy Capital, a company founded by long-standing industry experts to accelerate the energy transition. Bluestar Energy Capital mobilizes financing for the global development and construction of renewable energies and makes them available to its regional development platforms.

We are fundamentally convinced that successful project development is based on the involvement of local stakeholders. That is why Noveria Energie works closely with local people and communities. In doing so, we use the positive experience of our Bluestar Energy sister companies from the USA and Australia to adapt best-practice concepts and tailor them to the local conditions.
Noveria Energie has branches in Villingen-Schwenningen and Dublin.
You will support our Noveria leadership team in various aspects of the project development of utility-scale battery storage systems. As you expand your knowledge of battery storage design, you'll also be responsible for:
- Conduct research and analysis to support project site selection, marketing, and other competitive information.

Use of public data and external resources to build databases of information on landowners.

Support of external and internal land acquisition specialists in the legal review, negotiations and offers for landowners.

Assisting in the preparation and implementation of community relations and community engagement plans.

Analysis of risks and opportunities for new target markets.

Create systems to track the project pipeline and make recommendations for software systems to support the development of the company.

Meet and network with industry experts within the BEC and associated institutions.

Ad-hoc analyses, projects and other assigned tasks.
It is a 6- to 12-month full-time position for working students or interns that will start in the fall of 2024. Applications for permanent contracts are also welcome. It is a hybrid position based in Villingen-Schwenningen, where presence in the office is expected 2 days a week.
Sie haben Ihr Studium der Immobilienwirtschaft, Geografie oder eines anderen einschlägigen Studiengangs abgeschlossen oder sind dabei, es abzuschließen und haben ein echtes Interesse daran, etwas über erneuerbare Energien zu lernen.
