Become an integral part of ILOS Projects GmbH based in Karlsruhe, who is backed by OMNES Capital, an infrastructure investment fund and focuses on the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects and is currently actively developing projects in Ireland, Italy, Spain, UK, Greece, Austria and the Netherlands.


As a Marketing Working Student, you will support our team in a variety of tasks and gain valuable practical experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Internal and External Communication: Assisting in the conception and implementation of communication initiatives, e.g., creating content for internal newsletters or social media posts.
  • Content Creation: Creating and editing texts, graphics, and other materials for our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
  • Marketing Strategy Support: Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, including campaign planning and analysis.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conducting research and analysis to monitor current trends and competitor activities.
  • Project Support: Assisting in various marketing projects and events as well as supporting coordination and organization.


  • Current enrollment in a degree program in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Interest in digital media and current marketing trends
  • Experience with common social media platforms and basic skills in content creation (e.g., graphic design, text creation)
  • Strong written communication skills and experience in drafting texts for diverse audiences and channels
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva is a plus
  • Creative thinking, independent working style, and quick comprehension skills
  • Excellent proficiency in German (spoken and written); good English skills are a plus
