Your IMPACT:

  • Enhance the cybersecurity posture in the region to ensure and strengthen the cyber resilience of Schneider Electric, addressing internal and external exposure, incident response & debrief, and action plan follow-up, among others
  • Engage externally with CISOs of customers, attend main & relevant events in the region, and ensure an overall presence of Schneider Electric in the region on cyber-related matters
  • Collaborate with business leadership to ensure local cyber concerns are addressed and to establish a common agenda
  • Maintain high standards in Cybersecurity hygiene for the region and support Cybersecurity external engagement in the region with National Cyber Authorities, etc.
  • Support the Security of the ecosystem companies to harmonize Schneider Electric's security posture and execute the cybersecurity strategy, connecting the dots and embarking on the operations
  • Support and engage in Cyber Crisis simulations, enhancing awareness, crisis management setup, tooling, and processes
  • Address and support customer cybersecurity requests and assessments.
  • Support information security and cyber audits and certifications (e.g., ISO27001 certifications for business sites)
  • Assess, evaluate, and validate cybersecurity in specific projects within Schneider Electric or with customers

Your Profile:

  • Strong experience managing security projects in an international enterprise environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering Science or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity control, program, and risk frameworks such as CIS Controls, NIST CSF, FAIR, NIST RMF, ISO27000 suite, IEC 62443 suite
  • Proficient in English and German
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
