About the role
Our Corporate HR team is responsible for all tasks relating to HR management/support for our corporate functions and employees. We are always on the lookout for the best talent to drive renewable energies forward for a sustainable future. That is why we are looking for you as a Working Student HR Management (m/f/d) in the Corporate Human Resources team in Munich to support us.
- You actively support HR management and recruiting
- You create employment references, act on proofs and contracts, as well as associated supplements
- You will be responsible for creating master data and maintaining new employee profiles in our HR system
- You create vacancies and the associated job advertisements
- You are responsible for coordinating and participating in job interviews and act as a contact person for applicants
- You help with onboarding tasks for our new employees
- You provide support with employee inquiries and communication with employees and managers
- You are responsible for your own recruiting positions
- You research and develop new HR topics and processes together with us and support the creation of process overviews and guides for HR managers and executives, for example
- Current studies in economics/social sciences, law, psychology or similar, ideally with a focus on HR management
- Initial practical experience in HR is an advantage
- Enjoy working in an international and digital working environment
- Confident knowledge in dealing with MS Office
- High level of empathy and willingness to communicate with people at all levels
- Structured way of working and a hands-on mentality
- Very good German and good English skills
- Availability for a working student position of 15.0 - 19.5 hours per week spread over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for at least 5 - 6 months (with option to extend)
