Your day at NTT DATA Consult with clients and collaborate with CX DreamTeam, transformative designs, and the architectural vision for complex solutions addressing client needs (primarily within the Genesys Cloud CX ecosystem). Provide multi-technology consulting services encompassing all aspects of application software, infrastructure, and related technology components. What you'll be doing Key Roles and Responsibilities: Develops solution architectures: Contributes to designing solutions in specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas. Evaluates architectures: Identifies and compares alternative approaches, considering cost, performance, and scalability trade-offs. Creates solution specifications: Produces detailed specifications for cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers, and interfaces, using selected services and products. Supports project execution: Prepares technical plans and applies design principles that comply with enterprise and solution architecture standards, supporting change programs or projects. Manages client requirements: Takes responsibility for understanding client needs, gathering data, delivering analysis, and resolving problems. Tracks technology trends: Monitors the external environment to stay informed about emerging technologies. Communicates knowledge: Creates reports and technology roadmaps, sharing knowledge and insights with others. Designs solution components: Designs components using appropriate modeling techniques, following agreed-upon architectures, design standards, patterns, and methodologies. Considers stakeholder needs: Creates multiple design views to address the concerns of different stakeholders and handle both functional and non-functional requirements, including proof-of-concept (POC) development. Maintains design quality: Reviews, verifies, and improves own designs to ensure they meet specifications. Contributes to service development: Provides knowledge and contributes to the development of new go-to-market services relevant to specific industries (verticals). Operates across domains: Works across both technical and business domains within the enterprise architecture and value chain to develop holistic and integrated solutions. Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: Solid understanding of multi-vendor service integrations, cross-functional software, operating systems (OSes), and infrastructure designs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of how specific infrastructures and application software are deployed according to relevant methodologies and frameworks. Ability to develop and leverage knowledge of reference architectures. Ability to stay up-to-date on trends and developments in technology domains. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Qualification in Information Technology or Information Systems. Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT). SAFe Scaled Agile certification (advantageous). Required Experience: Seasoned experience in technical, IT, or operations within a large-scale (preferably multinational) technology services environment, particularly in software development, application support, and infrastructure support. Project or program management experience (preferred but not essential). Strong client engagement and consulting experience, with expertise in client needs assessment and change management. Experience integrating solutions with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices. Experience working in an agile development environment.
