We are a global leader in aerospace solutions, and our Germany site serves as an important Repair & Overhaul (R&O) center for Auxiliary Power Units (APUs). As an integral part of the Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain operations, the Raunheim site specializes in repairing APU engines and associated components for major commercial airlines in the region, as well as contributing to the defense sector. As the Site Leader for our facility in Raunheim, Germany, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall operations of this strategically important Repair & Overhaul site. Your leadership will be instrumental in integrating Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Working Capital, and Human Resources to drive efficiency and excellence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Operations Management, with a focus on achieving business objectives through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and overall responsibility for the site's operational excellence.
- Drive delivery, cost, and cycle time improvements, ensuring the implementation of initiatives to create a world-class operating environment.
- Develop short and long-range plans to guarantee the attainment of operational results.
- Oversee Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Working Capital, and Human Resources functions.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and accountability in achieving business goals.
- BA or BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations Management.
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in Operations Management within a highly-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of P&L and operations financial management.
- Green belt, Black Belt, or Lean Certification preferred.
- Fluency in German and English required.
