Our Engineering team is made up of full stack developers, software engineers and data engineers. We all have one thing in common: we love finding solutions to complex problems. We develop new features for our patient-facing app or our internal web application.

To further scale our growing business, we are looking for a Staff DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to join our team
The job is to improve automation and standardisation across the entire engineering department by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the DevOps practice. The goal is to empower other teams to be as independent as possible by provider supportive tooling. One of these tools is a stable and well maintained infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and automate CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools (Github Actions) while taking regulatory requirements under consideration
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
  • Guarantee a high availability of the infrastructure by leveraging site reliability engineering (SRE) best practices
  • facilitate knowledge sharing and empowerment within the team and across the engineering department
  • evaluate and design resilient system while keeping the total cost of ownership (TCO) in mind

  • Proficiency in automation and tooling, including scripting and CI/CD tools
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform, Prometheus
  • Proven familiarity with operating system and computer network essentials (DNS, TLS and HTTP)
  • Skills in monitoring system health, identifying issues, and implementing solutions
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
Desirable
  • Good programming and scripting skills in Go, Python or Bash
  • Experience with either cloud or other managed infrastructure
  • Experience in managing a micro service based technology landscape
