Our client, an international company, well renowned in its industry, is currently searching for experienced Head of Communications. This person will lead organization's communication strategies and will be responsible for shaping the public perception of company's brand and ensuring consistent, clear, and compelling communication across all channels.

We are looking for a well-versed Head of Communications who leads our organization's communication strategies – someone like you. Being the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for shaping the public perception of our brand and ensure consistent, clear, and compelling communication across all channels. Since this is a senior leadership role, you will also manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive a messaging that aligns with our business objectives.


  • Establish and drive a multi-channel com­muni­cations strategy that supports the organization's objectives, including brand positioning, internal communications, and external messaging
  • Lead and manage a communications team, thereby ensuring high performance and growth
  • Oversee media relations and public rela­tions efforts, manage press releases, media inquiries, and build strong relation­ships with key media outlets
  • Create and supervise content strategies for digital platforms (website, social media, e-mail marketing), print, and public relations campaigns
  • Ensure message consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials
  • Track engagement across various plat­forms and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to communicate corporate objectives, business results, and key initiatives to internal and external audiences
  • Coordinate and support internal commu­ni­cation efforts to ensure consistent messa­ging across departments and to promote company culture and values

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related field, a Master's degree is a plus
  • Considerable experience (5+ years) in a leadership role in communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Profound knowledge in developing and executing digital marketing and social media strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • A strategic thinker personality with the ability to influence decision-making at a senior level
