  • You are in charge of the organization, preparation and follow-up of meetings, sessions and conferences as well as handling a complex calendar of the CHRO
  • You are responsible for the scheduling of meetings and coordinating processes for the CHRO while interacting with different stakeholders at executive level in various regions and time zones
  • You are compiling data, reports and documents
  • You are responsible for international travel management for the CHRO, including booking and cost accounting
  • You are actively supporting documents and presentations in German and English
  • You are handling additional ad hoc projects
  • You are responsible for telephone and written correspondence in German and English
  • You are drafting and managing communications and announcements through different channels

  • You have a completed degree, ideally in Business Administration or similar
  • You have at least 4 years of professional experience as an executive assistant at senior management / executive / board level, ideally in an international Matrix driven organization within the pharmaceutical / life sciences sector
  • You have proven experience in working discreetly with internal and external business partners at C-level – both locally and globally
  • You have worked in an intercultural diverse environment
  • Work experience in working for an HR organization would be a plus
  • You have a responsible and structured way of working
  • You have very good coordination and organizational skills, you are proactive and solution oriented
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, additional language skills are an advantage
  • You are proficient in the MS-Office-Suite
