To support our Tech B2C team at the Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you as a (Senior) Web Analyst (f/m/d)* (40 hours) with immediate effect. As a Web Analyst at Engel & Völkers, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting web data to help us understand user behavior, improve our online presence, and drive business growth. Furthermore, you will, together with the main stakeholders, drive the strategy to further improve our tracking. You will work within the product department and closely with our data, marketing, design, and development teams to optimize our website and digital marketing strategies.

- Monitor and analyze website traffic proactively and user behavior using tools (e.g., Snowplow, Tableau, Hotjar and Google Analytics).
- Examine reasons for peaks and decreases in website performance in detail.
- Coordinate Snowplow tracking implementation and QA with Product Management, enhancing models for better marketing attribution, country info, user intent, and session stitching.
- Work with key stakeholders to define and align tracking strategy and roadmap.
- Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities from web data to inform business decisions and strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in tagging and tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- First years of experience in web analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Snowplow, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools)
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
- Proficient communication skills in English
