What´s the role?

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in the area of competition and technology analysis from January 1, 2025. As a working student you will work together with our experts and analyze current technology and market trends.

​Your tasks and responsibilities as well as the collaboration with experienced employees from research & development will enable you to gain valuable professional experience, while getting familiar with our business model, our product range and our current and future technologies and drive components.


Together with our experts, you will evaluate the current drive concepts in battery-powered tools. In doing so, you are the direct contact person for our internal and external laboratory teams and initiate the necessary tests and analyses. You visualize the results and organize workshops with our development departments. You summarize obtained results and define required activities in the future. In addition, you independently conduct research on current market and technology trends and optimize internal and external processes together with your mentor.


  • Ideally in studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program
  • Possibility to work 1 day/week on site in Kaufering
  • Distinct hands-on mentality as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • Proactive and independent way of working and team player
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Confident command of the English language, both written and spoken
