We are looking for an experienced but easy-going HRBP on a part time basis (80%) for our German office in Flintbek.
This role works closely with business leaders and line managers in Germany and within an international setting, to achieve organizational objectives and develop employee and team engagement in a culture, that provides wellbeing, fairness and development opportunities with a view to strengthen IDEMIA by ensuring HR related topics are completed within the local legal and operational framework.
Key Missions
- Partners with the business and relevant internal stakeholders to drive people and business strategic initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee performance & development, succession planning etc.).
- Owns and drives the Employee Experience.
- Implements and drives programs like employee wellness, diversity & inclusion, talent management etc.
- Works and empowers management to facilitate pos. employee relations and a good working-environment.
- Handles manages employee relations issues. Mediates workplace disputes and legal matters.
- Advocates and communicates the business value of HR strategy & initiatives.
- Drives the administration of annual processes such as Annual Employee Survey, Performance, and compensation campaigns.
- Enables change by supporting people aspects of any organizational change.
- Expert on employment law and regulations; is responsible for and ensures compliance with local laws and regulations. Creates, implements, and advises on HR policies and processes.
- Close working relations with works-council, creates & negotiates works-agreements & discusses tariff matters.
- Critically examines business operations, decision-making, and behaviors to alert of any potential breach with compliance, regulations, or company values.
- Provides HR-consulting and coaching; works with business leaders to solve people & cultural issues, provides expertise in technical, regulatory, and compliance aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.
- Actively collects and listens to employee feedback throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Participates in the personnel costs- and staff planning of the site as well as personnel controlling.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent: Vocational training followed by further task related training) and at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources.
- Very good communication skills and ability to adapt to conversational partners at all levels.
- Hands-on experience in an international working environment.
- Experience in project management, change management, works-council etc.
- Understanding and knowledge regarding legal compliance, employment law, works-council, Tariff-agreements etc.
- Knowledge of crisis and conflict management methods.
- German native speaker or at least C1 knowledge.
- Very good English skills (written and spoken).
- SAP HR knowledge preferred.
