- Collaborate to develop and execute a comprehensive commercial roadmap for operational solutions
- Serve as subject matter expert on Endoscopy workflow, operations and launching software and hospital IT-centric products in healthcare
- Be responsible for robust business cases to support new solution initiatives, investments and resource allocation
- Drive creation of detailed market requirements document that articulates the needs and expectations of our customers as well as unique selling points of our products and solutions
- Implement claims matrix and evidence planning early in the development process to substantiate product claims and support marketing strategies with solid scientific evidence
- Build and support the development of strategic insights through analysis of customer feedback, market trends and competitive dynamics to inform decision-making and product development
- Formulate and adjust pricing strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability while ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Develop segmentation and targeting strategies to identify and prioritize key market segments for Olympus products
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships with healthcare professionals to maintain and strengthen core business relationships and promote market growth
- Collaborate across all business units, Sales Business Centers and functions (product, R&D, sales, marketing, regulatory, legal, etc.) to deliver solutions that support revenue and profit objectives
- BA/BS with preference of Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering or Business, MBA strongy preferred
- Long-standing successful experience in healthcare product management
- Extensive experience in commercializing new technologies and solutions
- Demonstrated success delivering results in highly matrixed organizations
- Experience in healthcare IT, AI, machine learning or clinical informatics advantageous
- Succinct communication and presentation style
- Creative thinker and strategic planner
- Efficient and effective decision-making
- Tolerance for ambiguity and passion for rapid business evolution
- Ability to travel up to 30% (including international travel)
