Management Reporting Expert (m/f/x)

The Position:

This newly created role is part of Daiichi Sankyo (DS) Global Project 4D (PJ4D) – one of the key global projects in Daiichi Sankyo to implement a world-wide S4/HANA platform and a new planning and reporting environment. This role is embedded in the structure of PJ4D as well as in the future Daiichi Sankyo GBS (Global Business Service) organization.

This position is responsible for creating and maintaining global financial management reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to provide insights and transparency into the company's performance and operation.


  • Create concise financial management reports that give insights into the organizational performance and operation
  • Provide the right information to support decision-making
  • Define reports that cover the reporting needs of different business units such as Oncology or Speciality
  • Set up, expand and maintain reporting structures, including the definition of KPIs and controlling standards in accordance with current requirements and the financial preparation of business plans
  • Establish & maintain common style guides for reports and dashboards
  • Contribute to global project to define common planning & forecasting standards
  • Collaborate with corporate functions and business units globally

  • You have completed your business studies (diploma or master's degree) or a comparable field of study with very good results and proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A
  • Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills
  • Result oriented with a strong affinity for numbers in financial contexts
  • Structured thinking with the ability to translate business requirements into reports & dashboards
  • Data visualization and design skills
  • Experience in modern reporting & dashboarding tools, as well as planning solutions
  • Fluency in English, German would be a plus
