Change & Engagement Manager (m/f/d)
- You will manage the organizational change management processes, including feedback loops for governance, policies and procedures
- Engage key stakeholders by creating customized engagement plans to ensure successful project outcome
- You will drive the Digital SCM Ecosystem and related projects such as S/4 and Blue Yonder by developing and implementing innovative change strategies
- Defining and executing a comprehensive change communication roadmap, you'll leverage various tools and communication channels to optimize impact
- You will lead and maintain change and communication communities, such as the Sounding Board, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- You have a business-related degree such as Human Resource Management, Economics, or comparable professional experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to work effectively with cross-organizational project teams and senior management
- You have significant experience in change management and communication in an international corporate environment
- An analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to focus on the essentials is crucial
- You are capable of demonstrating strong consolidation, presentation, and moderation skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely
