Job Description
Amazon External Fulfillment Services (AEFS) provides fulfillment technology services to third-party companies, helping them to improve their fulfillment capabilities for the benefit of our Customers. As a Business Development Manager, you will have a dual role. On one hand you will create and own the strategic projects allowing AEFS to scale its services across the different Amazon business lines and geographies. To achieve this, you will work with internal stakeholders to develop new processes and programs enabling AEFS' growth. You will be the trusted advisor in setting the expansion projects goals and deliverables.
On the other hand, your role will be external-facing as you will be the commercial counterpart for the AEFS final customers. This will include on boarding new customers, framing and negotiating service agreements and being the customer's ambassador towards the internal teams.

- Identify, develop and deliver long term process / change management projects, lead key initiatives with cross-functional teams; drive the decision-making process of the organization roadmap with senior leadership.
- Work with third party logistics providers: collecting their needs with regards to the AEFS scope of services, gathering data, and translating those into requirements to the internal teams.
- Screen, validate, and assess new internal customers' requests.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (TPM/ finance/accounting/OPS/FinOps/Legal et al.) to deploy and manage the implementation of the defined strategies.
- Lead all the steps instrumental to enable AEFS to expand its scope across multiple geographies and Amazon business lines.
- Program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- A relevant degree or degree equivalent (e.g., business administration, project management).
- Relevant advanced experience delivering projects at international scale.
- Relevant experience managing a team dispersed across a geographical area.
- Relevant experience in contracts negotiation

- Relevant advanced degree or equivalent
- A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, APM, Scrum)
- Relevant advanced experience with project management systems (e.g., Clarity, Asana, MS Project, Playbook)
