  • Be part of the central P&C Systems Support team
  • Provide first level support to the organization for topics related to our global P&C systems (SAP SuccessFactors, UKG DMS ..)
  • Assist local P&C Community with guidelines and clarifications on raised questions.
  • Facilitate data corrections or reporting in the system to improve general data quality.
  • Take an active part in the system improvement for usability by providing feedback to module owners and process owners
  • Assist in system governance administrative tasks (testing, documentation, change management)

  • Willingness to gradually develop know-how on our P&C systems at Nordex
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or UKG Document Management is considered nice to have (both administrative or technical).
  • Willingness to support employees across the world by working on ticketing systems and answering queries.
  • Able to autonomously review documentation and instructions on operational topics.
  • Good communication skills in English and German are considered mandatory
  • Analytical mindset and affinity for IT systems and data/technical topics
  • Detail and solution-oriented personality
  • Familiar with excel basic functions for data analysis and revision (such as filtering, lookups, formulas, formatting)
