As part of a dynamic team, make a significant contribution to the sustainable further development and standardization of processes and systems in the global production of ophthalmic lenses

Planning of test processes in coordination with project managers and operational test coordination team

Coordination of requirements, timelines and progress with program management and customer personnel managing risks and issues arise during projects and ensuring they are mitigated and solved effectively

Carrying out test evaluations and creating reports

Ensuring coordination, organization and deadline management within the team and different departments

Regularly creating project reports and presentations and presenting them to management

Proactive action tracking and deadline management

Taking on administrative and organizational tasks Support with project work and risk management

Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or comparable
-
Strong experience in change management and complex transformation projects

Comprehensive understanding of the overall E2E delivery process landscape, as well as interdependencies between other modules and cross-functional integration

Knowledge of project management methods and tools, both in a waterfall and agile environment (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)

Holistic understanding of IT (e.g. interaction of applications, cloud solutions and their infrastructural integration into the overall IT landscape)

Very good planning and organizational skills
