- Developing and maintaining concepts, procedures and methods to adapt the projects and investment controlling instruments and systems to the business requirements of the Biotest Group, internal as well as external stakeholder in coordination with the Head of Corporate Planning & Analysis
- Advising and supporting the Executive Board, internal committees and the relevant departments in the planning, analysis and optimization of cross company projects and investments. Development and preparation of decision templates
- Manage group-wide projects and investment reporting for internal control (actual, budget, forecast), the development of budgets as well as monitoring budget compliance by comparing target/actual conditions and initiating countermeasures in the event of deviations (action plans)
- Determining accruals/provisions for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Coordinate the group-wide planning process for projects and investments: group-wide strategic planning, 10-year plan, budget and forecast
- Ensuring the correct invoicing of funding and cooperation projects to external institutions and partners
- Ensuring that the decisions and measures taken in the Portfolio Committees are correctly reflected in the operational and strategic project plans (budget/forecast, strategic planning), including monitoring of measures
- Developing group-wide guidelines for projects and investments cost accounting and reporting in coordination with the line manager
- Collaboration in in- and out-licensing projects as well as investment initiatives in the partnering process
- Academic degree, preferably studies with a focus on controlling/finance
- At least 7 years of experience in the controlling of a manufacturing and internationally active company. Experience in NPV calculations
- Strategic competence, high level of commitment and creative drive. At the same time, strong analytical skills and process orientation
- Very high IT affinity, experience with SAP
