  • drive the industrialization of holographic / microoptics technology with a focus on requirements from the automotive and consumer electronics industry.

  • oversee the readiness, maintenance, and continuous improvement of machinery and manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency in production. By implementing effective strategies, you will contribute to streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.

  • be responsible for on time delivery of machinery and process maturity to enable and support product development programs.

  • implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards.

  • support product development programs with resources from the mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and software development team.

  • bring in your expertise from the automotive and/or consumer electronics industry to ensure that new products are developed and launched according to premium quality standards.

  • oversee global customer launches. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budgets while leveraging your extensive experience to achieve flawless execution.

  • support the leadership team with essential input from our target markets to further develop organizational structure and processes with respect to customer / industry requirements.

  • be responsible for building and guiding a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering talent across various functions and regions.


  • leadership professional with background in machinery, process and product development, launch management and operations within the automotive and/or consumer electronics industry.

  • proven success in managing large-scale product launches.

  • strong background in quality assurance, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.

  • experience in organizational development, ramping up dynamic, intercultural und cross-functional teams

  • experience with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and VDA 6.3 would be advantageous

  • perseverance to drive industrialization of a new technology and support product development programs

  • ability and willingness to dive deep on tech stack of advanced optics, holography technology and engineering to make high quality managerial decisions

  • ‘Hands-on-attitude', structured, goal-oriented and interdisciplinary way of working

  • executive management toolkit and experiences to deliver results and tangible value creation for a business in a build-up phase

  • high proficiency in English and German

  • social skills, team orientation and a high level of resilience

  • an academic or scientific background in the field of engineering or natural sciences
