  • Support multiple programs and central initiatives to ensure that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

  • Organize, prepare for, and participate in cross-departmental meetings to steer the programs

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Digital Council Office, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence

  • Support our annual cross-ZEISS Digital Roadmapping process to identify digital synergies across different business units at ZEISS and contribute to presentations to communicate these

  • Help to develop and maintain program management documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments


  • Currently enrolled and successfully completed at least 2 years of study, preferably in business, natural sciences, informatics, or (business) engineering, with excellent university grades

  • Initial experience (e.g. via internships) in the corporate world, tech industry, or management consulting

  • A passion for digital technologies, transformation, program management, and a keen interest in our products and markets

  • Experience in managing and steering work packages

  • Strong MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

  • You're proactive, with the ability to work well in a supporting role and contribute positively to team processes, with a goal-oriented and output-oriented approach, and a "can do" attitude
