For our office in Berlin Mitte we are looking for a

Junior Project Manager (m/f/d)


  • Monitoring, controlling and maintaining of project documentation (using MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)
  • Assisting with set-up and project planning and with the tracking of the project progress to ensure that project goal is aligned and executed
  • Contributing to risk identification and issues, support development of mitigation strategies and drive resolutions
  • Effectively communicating project statuses to stakeholders at various levels
  • Creating presentations to update stakeholders (including top management)
  • Assisting with required project governance
  • Supporting in further development and design of governance and reporting processes
  • Preparing face-to-face team meetings and workshops
  • Being a sparring partner to the project manager for driving the project's success

  • Bachelor- or master's degree (e.g. Business Administration or related field) or comparable vocational training with several years of professional experience in project assistance
  • First professional experience in project management and/or project controlling, ideally in the banking, financial service industry
  • At least basic knowledge of project management concepts, processes, methodologies, tools and technologies. Familiarity with agile project management is a plus
  • MS office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Jira and Confluence experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
