Market & User Specialist, 80-100 (f/m/d)


  • Shape and implement qualitative and quantitative research projects, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, usability tests, and experiments.
  • Analyze and interpret data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs, shape questions, and offer support throughout the process. 
  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and with high quality. 
  • Show ownership of your projects, balancing independent work with teamwork.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record in market research, with extensive expereicen in conducting qualitative and quantitative studies, preferably in a B2B setting. 
  • Proficient in various research methods and tools, such as survey platforms, data analysis software, and presentation software. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and insights, with the ability to tailor your communication to different audiences and levels. 
  • You can empathize with customers to gain valuable insights and deeply understand their needs. 
  • Understanding of business context and ability to connect research insights to broader company strategies
