Then look no further! We're recruiting a Learning Expert (f/m/d) to join our high performing team in Talent & Learning in Group Human Resources.
You will be located in the Headquarters in Heidelberg (Germany) and report to the Head of Talent & Learning and with a dotted line to the Learning Development Lead. The contract is limited to a period of 15 months.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
Learning implementation: Take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of training, including logistics to ensure the learning environment is set for success. Administer tasks in Workday Learning and ensure accurate documentation of learning records.
Deliver transformational learning: Bring your creative ideas to life. Ensure learning solutions meet business needs, are designed for the best possible learner experience, and delivered in a timely manner.
Develop our talent: Provide expert advice on team and individual learning requests to unlock the potential and growth of our talents.
Build powerful partnerships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external learning partners to coordinate our suite of blended learning offers.
Data-driven insights: Identify areas for automation such as scheduling, attendance tracking, course reporting, learner communication, and oversee the implementation. Monitor and report on the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions and administrative processes.
YOUR PROFILE
University degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design or a related field.
Relevant work experience in learning / talent development, preferably in an international/global environment.
Independent, Hands-on, solution-oriented and results-driven working style.
Strong communication skills and thrives working in a multi-cultural environment.
Fluent in English, German would be a plus.
