About the position
The Junior Advisor role within the External Workforce team at Vattenfall is essential in supporting the external hiring process for consultants by the hour and service providers. This role is designed to manage basic operational tasks, serve as the first point of contact for hiring managers, and maintain compliance with internal processes and regulations. The Junior Advisor also assists with administrative duties and supports the team in ensuring a seamless and efficient external hiring process.
Your tasks and responsibilities as Junior Advisor:
- First Point of Contact: Act as the initial contact for hiring managers, providing basic information and support.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative responsibilities for internal meetings, including note-taking and document management.
- Operational Tasks: Perform basic operational tasks related to external hiring processes, including requisition management and data entry. Receiving requests via e-mail from hiring managers, entering and maintain data in IT systems, e.g. SAP and our VMS (Vendor Management System).
- Problem Solving Assistance: Identify and address basic issues with assistance from more experienced team members.
- Stakeholder and Supplier Management: Engage in initial stages of stakeholder and supplier relationship management, ensuring basic compliance and communication.

As our Junior Advisor External Workforce you ideally have the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: Apprenticeship in an HR related field or similar education and background.
- Work Experience: 1-2 years of working experience, preferably with some knowledge of workforce management.
- Skills: Basic understanding of compliant hiring of external resources, willingness to learn, self-organized, and service oriented with excellent communication skills.
- General computer proficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems.
- Language: Fluency in spoken and written German and English is required (min. B2 and higher).
