Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

  • International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As a Specialist for Risk Management (f/m/div.), you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
  • In your position you take over the responsibility for establishing and continuously improving an Enterprise Risk Management System (RMS) and the effective integration into business and decision-making processes to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives. This includes the creation and implementation of policies and procedures for the RMS to ensure that all risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and managed.
  • For the coordination of the RMS across all involved departments, you will apply your methodological knowledge for professional advice and guidance on implementation and ensuring an adequate and effective RMS in accordance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
  • You will develop and implement an effective risk reporting system to the executive management, ensuring transparent, high quality and timely communication about risks and their management.
  • You will use your profound experience for the selection and implementation of suitable methods, technologies, and tools (e.g., GRC, Data Analytics) to support and optimize risk management. This also includes initiating and leading projects for the automation risk management processes (e.g. use of GenAI) to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You will organize and conduct training and workshops for employees to promote awareness and understanding of risk management within the company.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders.

  • Education: Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Experience and Know-how: Several years of professional experience in risk management, ideally in an international medium-sized company. In-depth knowledge of applicable standards and frameworks as well as experience in developing and implementing state-of-the-art risk management systems and processes and related tools and technologies. Openness and enthusiasm for using GenAI.
  • Personality and Working Practice: Structured and independent working method. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and understandably. High integrity and independence in judgment. Convincing and resilient with an entrepreneurial mindset, Goal and result orientation analytical skills, Excellent communication across all hierarchical levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
