JUNIOR HR MANAGER PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION (M/F/D)

to join our team in Frankfurt am Main.
  • Consultation and support for our employees and managers in all personnel matters.
  • Assistance in the process of obtaining residence permits for international employees.
  • Accountable for overall personnel administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration.
  • Creation and analysis of HR metrics.
  • Participation in international HR projects and active involvement in digitizing and optimizing internal HR processes.

  • A positive demeanour, empathy, and reliability in handling sensitive personnel data.
  • A structured, independent, and team-oriented approach to work.
  • A completed degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on human resources.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, and Datev – Payroll and Salary.
  • Excellent proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written); additional foreign language skills are advantageous.
