- Engage with prospective EPC/C&I clients regularly in the BeNeLux region to comprehensively understand their needs, both in terms of technical specifications and financial considerations.
- Gather and disseminate market intelligence from the field to inform and refine residential or C&I sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate account forecasts, ensuring the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other relevant databases are up to date.
- Collaborate with the strategic account leadership team to devise and execute strategies aimed at positioning LONGi's products and brand as premier offerings within the residential sector.
- Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in client events, addressing specific customer requests, and facilitating activities that reinforce and cultivate strong client relationships. This may involve on-site visits to assess installations alongside clients.
- Capitalize on the unique features and strengths of our products and services to meet customer needs and foster enduring partnerships.
- Innovate and propose creative solutions tailored to residential clients, ensuring their evolving requirements are met while nurturing long-term associations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing intricate contractual negotiations involving various stakeholders, preferably within the PV module or renewable energy sector.
- Proven experience in value-based selling and crafting comprehensive account development strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and individuals.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with fluency in English and Dutch.
