The Financial Reporting unit processes financial information and prepares it for group reporting and further purposes, e.g. audit and tax. The focus is on the evaluation and documentation of business transactions for external report recipients in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.

  • You lead the team both disciplinary and functionally, assign work tasks, agree on goals and regularly assess work performance, promote the interests of the employees and support them in their personal and professional development.
  • Supported by team specialists, you are responsible for the smooth operational service delivery and consistent high-level service quality, while ensuring the analysis as well as continuous optimization of processes.
  • You are in close contact with our partners and the other departments, dealing with ambiguity, tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Furthermore, you support digital initiatives, drive global processes harmonization and standardization.
  • In close cooperation with the management team, you contribute to strategic development of the department and support the management of the department through regular reporting.

  • degree with a focus on finance and accounting/ IFRS/ HGB/ tax or comparable qualification
  • several years of professional and management experience
  • very good knowledge of German and English
  • confident handling of SAP R/3 and interest in IT solutions
  • sense of responsibility and willingness to make decisions

  • Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 64.000 - 67.000€, depending on qualification and work experience.
