  • Partner as a strategic advisor with the BU CEO and Management Team to provide insights, guidance and solutions from a People & Culture (P&C) perspective that support the achievement of business goals and drive organizational performance.
  • Inform and align the P&C Strategy with the BU strategy.
  • Initiate the development and roll-out of groupwide P&C products and processes by cooperating closely with the P&C CoEs and regional P&C Partners.
  • Develop global talent strategies for the BU to ensure the right talents. Steer the strategic workforce planning, the succession planning, the performance development and the talent management processes.
  • Account for the target setting process of the BU

  • Personality: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels, strong advisory skills and a high level of customer and results orientation, cross-cultural competence, strategic and entrepreneurial mindst
  • Working: analytical and conceptual. leverage data and metrics to drive data-based decision making.
  • Experience and Know-how: At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering for an international organization, profound experiences with key HR processes such as talent management, succession planning, leadership development and workforce planning.
  • Qualification: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable
  • Languages: Business fluency in English
