- Development and implementation of the Mid-Tier segment (optoVision & Indo) within Global Distribution Partners (GDP) network based on a new business model
- Defining and adapting the product portfolio-s impact and commercialise the offering to the individual markets and new partners
- Building strong relationships and trust with all new international distributors in cooperation with product management, trainers and marketers within International Sales and Rodenstock Group
- Development and implementation of partner training concepts and supply of marketing support for the related brands
- Roll-out of photochromic blanks (ColorMatic) to production facilities “labs- incl. new customer acquisition in the markets and sales responsibility
- Supervise and contribute to project teams and management responsibility of one employee (team will expand)
- Being part of the GDP Management team driving the overall Partner business worldwide for Rodenstock Group
- Commercial background with completed studies in business administration direction
- Solid professional experience in the optical industry within Sales, Product Management or Marketing
- Expertise in sales strategy (esp. B2B and distributors) and sales related finance topics as well as cross-functional project management
- Know how to work within matrix, ideally with international experience in sales /commercial excellence
- Affinity for IT and digitalisation is a plus
- Good command or understand of MS Office, SAP and QlikView
- Fluent in Business English, other language desirable
- Willingness to travel internationally (50-70 days annually) combined with strong intercultural/ cross-cultural competence and social skills
