Medical Affairs & Science Liaison (m/f/d) Distribution Partner Management EMEA
- You support the overall distribution partner business medical-marketing-sales strategy.
- You are responsible for providing scientific, medical and clinical information regarding the Merz Aesthetics product portfolio and its safe and effective use to healthcare professionals in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal procedures.
- You provide on-site medical/scientific support (within the distribution partner management EMEA scope) and build/maintain a network of local experts to support the proper usage of the Merz Aesthetics product portfolio, in close cooperation with the local distribution partner, area management team and marketing department.
- You discuss and cascade clinical best practices following the guidance from regional and global Medical Affairs departments.
- You support the medical information exchange between internal stakeholders (regional and global teams) and external parties (distribution partners & healthcare professionals), following appropriate legal and regulatory guidelines.
- You ensure proper follow-up of medical information requests from internal teams, distribution partners and healthcare professionals, as well as cascade accurate medical key messages from the Merz Aesthetics product portfolio to external parties.
- You assume responsibility in case of adverse events (internal & external) according to the Merz Group Standard Operating Procedures and provide overall support and guidance to healthcare professionals.
- You are responsible for the active management of local Key Opinion Leaders (identification, development, briefing, support and feedback) within the distribution partner management EMEA scope.
- You support the development of local medical education activities, providing guidance on topics and speaker-suggestions to support the development and positioning of the full Merz Aesthetics portfolio.
- You support distribution partners in setting-up local medical education strategies as well as the design, development, and implementation of (regional and global) scientific, medical and educational programs supporting brand management programs.
- You possess native-level proficiency in Turkish, are fluent in English, and have excellent writing, speaking, and presenting skills in both languages. Additional languages would be a plus (e.g., Russian).
- You have a degree in medicine, nursing or similar education.
- You have +3 years of experience as a medical doctor or nurse and preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
- You are experienced in establishing and maintaining relationships with leading health care professionals and researchers as well as in developing and providing health care professionals continuous education programs and patient care programs.
- You have the ability to transfer complex science and you are an expert communicator.
- You have an excellent working knowledge of the codes, laws and regulations governing the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- You are highly motivated, proactive and willing to travel.
- You are a team player with excellent cooperation skills.
