We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our packaging portfolio, which consists of a wide variety of materials requiring classification and structuring. The primary goal of this role is to simplify the portfolio and reduce packaging expenses, while also facilitating savings, supporting harmonization projects, and enabling effective sustainability monitoring. Join us in driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness within our packaging operations.


  • Develop and implement strategies and projects to reduce the complexity of the packaging portfolio
  • Prepare and manage tenders, including benchmarking and analyzing tender results to identify significant savings opportunities
  • Lead data collection, data clean up, requirement alignment and analysis activities for packaging specifications
  • Drive and enhance master data harmonization for the packaging portfolio
  • Provide data and information on projects and/or (ad hoc) requests for sustainability topics
  • Act as the primary contact for packaging-data-related queries and issues, providing expert guidance and solutions

  • 2+ years job experience, preferably in a data management, packaging development and/or purchasing environment
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong affinity to IT systems, preferably experiences in data management
  • Microsoft Office 365; in particular, excellent experience in Excel
  • Experience in harmonization projects (alignment of specifications, master data etc.)
  • Preferably knowledge on packaging materials; especially on paper & pre-printed materials
  • Fluent in English
