To that end, the company invested more than €300 million last fiscal year in research and development.For KWS, we are looking for a dedicated and strategic HR Business Partner (m/f/d) Italy to support our local entities in Italy. This global role can be based either in Berlin, Germanyor Forlior Monselice, Italy. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, with a focus on implementing and developing the global HR strategy at a local level across our Forli and Monselice locations.
You will build strong relationships to foster a sustainable workforce at KWS, ensuring that all strategies, programs, and policies are aligned with local regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving the development and growth of our business units by supporting and tracking recruitment activities, while ensuring clear communication and support around local training needs.
This is a full-time, permanent position, either based in Berlin or Forli or Monselice.
- Strategic Partner: Act as the first point of contact between HR and the business, ensuring knowledge-based support in HR-related activities.
- Global HR Alignment: Implement and monitor KWS-wide HR policies and standards, adapting them to local requirements and regulations.
- Advisory Role: Provide guidance to employees and support as well challenge managers on performance management, personnel cost planning and forecasting, succession planning, career development, training, and conflict resolution.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Play a critical role in finding, attracting, and nurturing top talent to support the growth of KWS.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the interface between the Expert Hubs HR, Global Transactional Center HR, and the business to support decision-making processes with relevant information and analysis.
- Project Involvement: Lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving global processes and workflows.
- Educational Background: A strong academic degree in psychology, business administration, labor law, or a comparable field.
- HR Expertise: Several years of HR experience in a globally operating company, with solid knowledge in talent management, performance management, personnel cost planning, recruitment, and development.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze HR key metrics, derive strategic goals, and advance critical initiatives with an economic mindset.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills that balance diplomacy with assertiveness.
- Technical Knowledge: User experience in relevant IT systems, including Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Turkish, with a passion for travel.
