Your tasks
- Expand and bundle Airlaid Technology process and application knowledge.
- Collaborate with R&D and partners to optimize design and functionality of Airlaid equipment and processes.
- You will be responsible for advancing nonwoven and airlaid technologies into new fields of application.
- You will be part of a multidisciplinary, international team working at the forefront of bringing airlaid technology to the next level.
- You will work closely together with suppliers and customers.
Your profile
- You have a completed degree in the field of mechanical engineering, design engineering, process engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in plant engineering for nonwoven technology.
- Profound knowledge of airlaid process control, equipment design, machines and relevant raw material properties.
- Experience in project management and working with interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of quality management systems and process optimization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken, is required; knowledge of German is advantageous.
