To hop in, and only then decide where you're going.Our Network Development department drives the growth of the IONITY network by securing top-tier locations and developing high-quality, reliable sites. We focus on identifying optimal new locations, managing contracts, overseeing permitting, grid connections, hardware supply, construction, and ensuring a seamless handover to our Operations team. IONITY is seeking a talented and motivated intern (f/m/x) to support our Network Planning & Site Facilities Coordination team. In this role, you will work closely with our Site Service and Facilities Coordinator to maintain high standards across our network, ensuring that every IONITY site is clean, safe, and well-maintained for our customers. This responsibility spans our entire network across more than 20 countries, providing an exceptional opportunity to contribute to our network's quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Establish new partnerships for cleaning contracts, with a focus on the German-speaking region.
- Support in drafting and managing tenders at the country and regional levels.
- Assist in insurance-related tasks, including roof maintenance across European sites.
- Utilize the ticketing system to coordinate partner deployment for on-site issue resolution.
- Execute targeted initiatives to enhance customer experience at station locations.
- You are pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of French or other languages is appreciated.
- Previous working experience via internships will be considered a strong asset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute.
- Affinity for and experiences in industries such as Electric Vehicle and Mobility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities, adapt to changing priorities, and efficiently handle projects.
