To support the customer responsibility team with incoming customer enquiries, we are looking for a working student for 1 year contract.
Your responsibility:
1. Take care of customer service work queue in Salesforce =
Sorting incoming emails by using a template (allocate requests to the correct
account executive, forward cases to the right department).
2. Support customer responsibility telephone line =
Handling customer calls and provide first level support (forward to correct team,
myCHEP support, account related questions).
3. Support team members with ad hoc customer requests =
Answer questions a customer might raise regarding explanation of invoices,
myCHEP, proofs of delivery, account setup and master data.
4. Contact clean up =
Updating our customer contacts in Salesforce.
  • Enrolled student in a bachelor's or master's degree programme,
  • First experiences in customer related responsibilities,
  • Highly customer focused with friendly and competent appearance to the customer,
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken),
  • High level of work accuracy,
  • High level of analytical skills,
  • Teamplayer,
  • MS-Office, SAP (desirable), CRM tools (desirable),
  • Languages: perfect German is a must, strong English level is a very nice to have.
