Our One-to-One Marketing team designs direct and personalized customer engagement for digital extras, apps, and car software for Mercedes-Benz cars. We focus on in-app and in-car communication, using data to deliver targeted recommendations and individually relevant messages via the Mercedes-Benz app or directly through the head unit in our vehicles.

You will work on the following challenges:

  • Creating individual, case-based communication for digital extras, apps, and car software – on-demand, automated, or context-based
  • Defining (new) customer journeys, testing new channels and distribution options
  • Managing channel-specific possibilities in segmentation, tracking, and distribution using A/B tests
  • Measuring success, deriving lessons learned, and directly applying them to further communication
  • Ensuring brand-compliant communication across our own channels
  • Orchestrating in-car/in-app channels and planning via our One-to-One communication tool

Your goal: Quick implementation of customer-oriented and efficient communication.


  • Degree in (digital) marketing/communication, communication science, or similar
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Customer orientation
  • Initial experience in digital/data-driven marketing desirable
  • Initial experience in international projects desirable
  • Commitment and motivation to shape communication with us
