We, EOS – world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Product Management Team in Krailling (hybrid working possible). This position can also be filled as a senior position, if suitable.

  • Create and execute tailored strategies for our key growth markets: Lead digital transformation initiatives in product development to ensure we're always ahead of customer needs and technological trends
  • Define product requirements that set EOS's offerings apart, building exceptional value and enabling our products to shine in a competitive landscape
  • Drive the digitalization of our product portfolio and internal processes, integrating groundbreaking technologies like IoT and AI that redefine how we work and what we deliver
  • Position our polymer portfolio with strategic, high-impact go-to-market plans, collaborating closely with cross-functional and regional teams to maximize our reach and resonance
  • Implement agile and lean methodologies to ensure data-driven, cross-functional collaboration, delivering streamlined and impactful outcomes

  • Completed technical studies (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) with an additional business qualification
  • +5 years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly as a product manager for a solution business
  • Deep knowledge of product management tools and methods
  • Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with modern organizational structures and processes, coupled with fluency in German and English
