  • Execution of large technical projects within budget and quality goals
  • Securing correct project handling, setting up successful team and leading team members from various departments such as Central Engineering, Claim Management, Spare Parts, Production and Global Service organization
  • Drive root cause process and define, assess and align dedicated solutions with Nordex internal and external stakeholder such as suppliers and customers
  • Ensure technical support to enhance claim toward suppliers
  • Create necessary transparency with regards to an optimization of cost-effectiveness and risk mitigation
  • Work within Nordex processes to manage and report progress on project with a monthly status report
  • Facilitate a smooth handover to colleagues within the Service organization in the different countries
  • Representing the Nordex organization to our clients


  • Technical background with a Master's degree in engineering
  • Project management experience necessary (preferably in the wind energy sector and in turnkey projects)
  • Several years of experience in comparable positions
  • Experience with 8D and 6 sigma methods
  • Leadership skills and good team forming skills and ability to create a strong, successful and enjoyable team
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills especially with customers or suppliers
  • Good MS Office knowledge, SAP experience desirable
  • Ability to work in different business cultures
  • Willingness to go on business trips from time to time
  • Fluent English skills, German beneficial
