Key responsibilities are (but not limited to):
  • Adult phenotypic bioassays
  • Laser micro dissection of mosquito cuticle
  • Development of novel exposure routes
  • Cuticular characterisation of insecticide resistant lines
  • Preparing samples for downstream LC-MS and MALDI-imaging

  • BSc and MSc or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Effective English communication, both written and verbal and experience working both in - a solo setting and as part of a team
  • Ability to solve problems and design experiments
  • Ability to work independently after appropriate training
