We provide seamless support and foster valuable partnerships through efficient data management, proactive communication, and cross-functional alignment. By joining IONITY as a Working Student (f/m/x) - B2B Sales, Account & Partner Management, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth partner operations, handling cooperation requests, managing sales opportunities, and resolving technical, legal, and financial issues. Be part of the team that strengthens IONITY's network of business partners and drives impactful partnerships forward.
Your responsibilities:
- Streamline the integration and ongoing management of partner data within our CRM system.
- Oversee and support day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and seamless account management.
- Proactively manage incoming collaboration requests and identify new sales opportunities.
- Address technical, legal, and financial issues and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Facilitate clear, professional communication and support through our B2B mailbox, fostering positive partner relationships.
- Collaborate across teams to analyze, align, and resolve issues, ensuring a coordinated approach to partner success.
- Currently enrolled at a university in a Business or Engineering Program.
- Advanced German and English skills are must for effective communication (speaking & writing).
- Interest in e-Mobility & Charging Infrastructure.
- Clever, self-starter, quick-adaptor and fast-learner.
- Responsible, reliable, confident and efficient.
- Extrovert, open-minded, self-driven and motivated.
- Basic experience of Jira & Confluence is beneficial but not required.
- Joint Venture of major Automotive Brands such as BMW, Ford, Hyundai/Kia, Daimler, Volkswagen/Audi/Porsche.
