You will be part of the Process Excellence division - a young and dynamic team located in France and Germany working on groupwide transformation projects of large scope with a direct exposure to top management. Example initiatives are end-to-end process optimization (standardization / streamlining) or the introduction of disruptive technology /methodology (e.g. BPM / Lean Management).

  • Process Modelling via BPMN incl. optimization framework based on lean management concepts and BPMN norms.
  • Organize and coordinate lean workshops by leveraging the know-how through the group.
  • Support data analysis to derive KPIs to monitor the program
  • Prepare reporting updates for the top management & other relevant stakeholders.
  • Support change management and be, internally, an ambassador of the lean management and process orchestration.

  • You have an advanced or successfully completed university degree in business administration, economics, natural sciences, or engineering.
  • A first experience in lean management or in process orchestration projects is considered as an advantage.
  • A general affinity towards process optimization, digitalization or IT linked subjects is beneficial.
  • You show a proactive approach to learn about our businesses, processes and IT systems.
  • You demonstrate excellent presentation structuring skills, good verbal, written and analytical skills.
  • You have very good proficiency of English and German or English and French. Additional language skills are welcome.
  • You are available to start immediately for a minimum of 4 months.
